One the first level you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds plus a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second level is the living and dining room w/flat panel TV, kitchen and second full bath. Above the living area is the loft bedroom with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. The property comes with High Speed Internet, gas fireplace and gas BBQ. The amenities include summer pool and tennis and year around lodge with a game room (pool table) and saunas with hot tubs opened most of the year. Pool & spas open all summer. Spas open summer & winter daily but limited to Saturdays only in spring & fall.

Christmas 2010 A guest from Chester, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 Overall nice place and location. Snow removal on local streets excellent. Maintenace quickly responded to furnace problem and a sperate power outage due to storm. Lighting could be improved over dining table. Furnace should be checked as it needed encouagement to start another time (we knew what to look for after maintenance visit). Parking was a problem. We only had one car but sometimes had to park in adjacent lot. |

Great condo, but slow to return home after a day on the slopes. A guest from Pleasanton, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2009 We were very impressed with the condo, it was in excellent condition and very homely. The only downsides to the trip was that the access roads to the unit weren't cleared very often, and the time taken to return to the unit at the end of a day on the slopes. On returning from Squaw Valley to the condo, the Highway Patrol managed the exit from Alpine Meadows onto the main highway to the detriment of the traffic on the highway. Causing it to take 45 mins to get from the Squaw Valley exit to Alpine Meadows. Once passing the exit the journey improved, but took over twice as long as it did to get there in the morning. This is the only factor that may stop us returning to the condo in the future. |

We informed the same to property managemen and soon we were shifted to different location (This time a better one) But unfortunately it spoile my christmas and had to take all the pain of shifting with small kids at midnight in wilderness to a different accomodaton.But to say for the Property manager he was very cooperative and helpful which helped me forget all the pain. |
