Your feeling of space is fantastic. Your kids can cartwheel down the halls all morning if they choose. Not only do you enjoy cathedral-height ceilings and open-plan living areas but a big, wide view on offer both outdoor on your balcony and in. As a penthouse suite you have an unrivalled sixth-floor perspective ? without the worry of noisy neighbors above.
It sleeps up to ten, with ample room for your welcome pets. Extensive on-site jogging trails make for lovely morning or evening walks that both you and your family will enjoy equally.

Our 10th Visit! Tollie M. from Knoxville, TN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 Upon our arrival we noticed the condo had not been properly cleaned. Several obvious areas had not been taken care of, bed was not made, had not been dusted, etc. A call was placed to Vacation Rental Pros and within a couple of hours staff came to take care of the problem. We were also very short of towels and the next morning we had new sets of towels delivered. We were called to verify we had been taken care of. We were very pleased by the speed of having everything corrected. And as always enjoyed our stay at Cinnamon Beach. We will continue to go there as our little home away from home! The cleaning people left the dirty towels they used from cleaning on the kitchen counter and the carpet was dirty and was not even vacuumed around the dining room table. There were crumbs and food around the base of the table. One of the beds had sand in it!! The tv did not work. The icemaker did not work and the elevator was not working! One day the water was turned off! Great vacation place and great view! A guest from Jessup, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We had a fabulous time in this rental. It does accommodate a lot of people and worked very well for all of the kids we had. They really loved being able to look at the pond from the balcony and see fish and turtles swimming and on the last day we saw an alligator! The walk to the beach is easy although there is not a ramp only stairs going down to the beach which made it pretty difficult for the moms (if the dads were not there)who take wagons full of stuff and young children to the beach. The master bedroom bed is very comfy and spacious. There were a few things that need to be addressed: the ceiling fan in the bunk bed room did not work, we couldn't get the ice machine to work, there were only 5 chairs around the table for a condo that sleeps 10, a moldy shower curtain, and some screws sticking off of the headboards on the bunk beds. Overall we had a great time and the kids did too. However, the property was busier this time, and I felt that the grounds reflected that. The stairwells and hallways were littered, and there was more overall noise. A few of the other guests showed disregard for others in the way they congregated in the hallways yelling up/down to friends and family that were staying on other floors. I did not see a presence by staff or management to curb this behavior. Otherwise, the condo itself was wonderful, and the amneties excellent. Family Fun at the Beach Susan S. from Metaire, LA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Over all my family had a great time. The condo is roomy and the beds are comforable. Access to the beach is easy. A Publix is close by. Although there isn't a beach view, my grandchildren enjoyed the pond behind the condo. The condo is lacking in some kitchen supplies, the lighting in the bedrooms is almost lacking. This needs to be addressed. The condo does sleep 10, but there are only 5 chairs around the table. There needs to be one more chair plus some folding chairs so it is comfortable be the entire group to eat together. The washer and dryer are big. I would rent this unit again. The area is safe for children and the beach is great for walking, digging, and swimming. On the shades in the living room, a couple of slats were gone and when sleeping on the couch, the light did shine through every morning not allowing me to sleep in late. Also, there were a total of 4 wash cloths, I went to Walmart and purchased a pack to use and we left them in the condo for the next renter. In the front bathroom the shower curtain fell each day on someone. Overall, it was a decent experience. I do hate that we had rain a few days during our 7 day trip. I would stay at that condo again, only if those things were fixed. We had a gorgeous view! Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Hello, We have really appreciate our stay at the 1100 cinnamon beach condo #1064. We just have few comments in order to help the futur people renting these condo and have a better stay. 1rst: The air grill for the ventilation, should be clean up. They where all back around the grill trap and we thing that could be bad for some people that have breathing problem. 2nd: We thing that few items should be included into the location of the condo. Like salt and pepper, some spices, hand soap, sugar, Kleenex, toilet paper, things that are needed for a long stay. We had to buy all theses items, but we can not bring these back travelling by plane. We had to leave it there hoping that someone can used them at there place. (like cleaning staff)3rd: Few kitchen item where also missing. Like a salad spinner. Also, it could be a good idea to have few folding chair. We where 8 peoples in the condo and at the table, only 6 chairs where available. 2 of these chairs where also very soft and not really confortable for eating. We where not able to eat all together. 4rt: It could be a good ideas to have a system install at the guard house, where people that have all ready registered for checking in, received a magnetic card, that we can slide into a scanner and open up the gate for us instead of going each time to the security guard to scan our pass. Like so, people all ready registred, can go throught the right lane instead of waitning for the other cars in from to be registered or scanned. This is just a comment for improvement. It was a very relaxing stay with no worry about the safety of our kids, the clean beach and quiet atmosphere. Towels were sour smelling, must've sat in the washer too long with the last guests. Problem was easily solved with rewashing them. The only complaint was the elevator was not working on saturday and we had to carry groceries up to the 6th floor. It was out most of that day and a couple other times while we were there. The good side is, we all got our exercise climbing 6 flights of stairs several times a day. The spaciousness of the condo was a real plus for us since we had 4 adults and 4 teens staying. Loved the balcony!! This property was very clean, spacious and the kitchen was fabulous! It was very quiet--never heard a peep from the neighbors. The beach was the only downside; beautiful but no swimming because of all the rocks. This turned out to be a minor issue since the huge pool overlooks the ocean. We were very sad to leave and return to work! We would defintely stay again and plan to bring all visiting relatives to Cinnamon Beach! |
