The access to the first floor is through two staircases (with 16 and 13 stairs). Here you can find 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms disposed as follows:
1 double bedroom (the yellow room) with king-size bed and 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi hydromassage bath and shower, walk-in wardrobe, antique chest, chest of drawers, two armchairs with small table;
1 double bedroom (the green room) with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, walk-in wardrobe and chest of drawers;
1 double bedroom (the pink room) with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, wardrobe, chest of drawers;
1 double bedroom (the blue room) with king-size bed, wardrobe, 1 chests of drawers, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower;in this room there is a mezzanine to be reached by a spiral staircase with a single bed;
1 triple bedroom with 3 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
1 single bedroom with single bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers;
1 bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower, shared by the triple and the single bedrooms.

The owners have carried out an accurate and rigorous renovation whilst ensuring a structure which respects the norms of bio-architecture. The living areas have been renovated with a careful eye for details - genuine antique furniture and ornaments, antique doors, prints, paintings and Persian carpets, antique fireplaces and a billiard room.

Ground and exteriors
Garden: The villa is surrounded by a 3,000 sqm garden, where you can find the swimming pool (on the lower level), a barbecue and an equipped pergola for outdoor eating.
Swimming pool: The pool (size: 6x12 mt, depth: 1,35 mt - open from 14th April to 13th October 2012, under normal climatic conditions) is situated on a natural terrace a few meters below the villa level.
It is an overflow pool and is equipped with hydromassage, swimjets system for water treadmill and changing room with shower and WC.
The night lighting of the pool and its surrounds is particularly suggestive.
The cleaning system of the pool insures utmost hygene and eliminates any possible inconvenience caused by the chloride. The water is slightly saline and contains the same percentage of salt as the human eye.
There is a sunbathing area with umbrellas, chairs, tables and divans. Further down to the right of the pool there is a relax area with a gazebo and chairs.

Parking: the parking is inside the garden and is for up to 5 cars.
Access: it is very good as the road is asphalted
Children's amenities: There is also a small children's corner in the pool area.

From 8 January - 23 April 2011 and 29 October - 24 December 2011 the villa can be rented in 2 separated houses (A and B)
A: the bigger part of the Villa: 9/11 people, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroms, a billiard room etc...at € 1.700 per week - € 400 daily
B: the smaller part of the Villa. 6 people, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, etc... at € 1.100 per week - € 250 daily
In the above prices the electricity is all included, because during the Winter the outside lights and the swimming pool are off.
Regarding the central heating, the weekly consumption goes from € 150 to 250 for part A and € 100 to 200 for part B.
Temperature can be regulated room by room and each house has its own consumption counter.
This solution is valid also for the period from the 18th of December 2010 to the 8th of January 2011 but at different prices as follow:
A: € 2.300 per week - € 550 daily
B: € 1.500 per week - € 350 daily
