The rustic apartment “La Mangiatoia” is made up of two twin/double bedrooms, overlooking the garden and one private toilet/bathroom; the spacious kitchen is next to the living/dining room, wide and elegant, provided with a big fireplace, one window and two bright glass doors.
The Yellow Room, comfortable and full of light, has two windows and one glass door opening onto the garden. It is divided into two areas: the night-time area, with a comfortable tester bed; the reading area, with a small table and a cosy armchair. The common toilet/bathroom is provided with a shower and double Carrara marble wash-basin.
The Pink Room, furnished according to the traditional Tuscan Arte Povera, has two windows: one opens onto the pine-trees of the garden, the other on the small olive grove of the Podere, with the impressive ridge of the Chianti mountains in the background. The Living/Dining Room, spacious and elegant, in Alberese stone and Tuscan cotto, is provided with a big country-style fireplace between two comfortable armchairs and one nice little sofa. The ancient cattle manger, now turned into a cupboard, and the solid walnut table characterise the dining area, always full of light thanks to the window and the two glass doors opening onto the garden.
The Kitchen, in solid cherry wood and pink marble, is provided with cooking top, oven, dishwasher and double sink. A bright window overlooks the garden and the surrounding woods.
The well-kept Garden surrounding the Villa is rich in fresh shady places provided by tall, slender pine-trees. Strolling among the ancient olives, you will enjoy the natural fragrance of lavender, sage, rosemary and mint bushes.
The wide panoramic Terrace in Tuscan cotto, overlooking the green tract of the surrounding woods, will be the ideal setting for your candle-light summer dinners.
The Lawn surrounding the whole Villa is the perfect place to relax while having a glass of good wine and enjoying the view of the surrounding smooth hills, vineyards and woods.

The Podere Lucignano Secondo Agriturismo, ideal place for lovers of relax and nature as well as food-and-wine connoisseurs, provides its guests with a warm welcome and an exclusive service.
2 kinds of accommodation are available at the Villa:
The apartment “Le Logge” (sleeps 6) and the rustic apartment “La Mangiatoia” (sleeps 4). On request the two apartments may be connected, to form a single living area.

Fees Due at Check in:
CHECK-IN: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. CHECK-OUT: before 9:30 a.m. of the day following the last night of your stay.
CREDIT CARDS: Visa, V-Pay, Mastercard, Maestro credit cards are accepted.
CENTRAL HEATING AND FIREWOOD: the rent does not include the central heating (daily lump sum of EUR 25 per apartment, on request only) and firewood (EUR 20 for 100 kilos, on request only), to pay at Check-In.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: at Check-In you will be asked for a EUR 150 cash deposit per apartment, the whole of which you will be given back at Check-Out, provided that no damage is found in the apartment.
FINAL CLEANING: EUR 15 per head, adults only, to pay at Check-In.
EXTRA: Internet Broad-Band Wi-Fi Connection EUR 5 per day on request only;
We can add 1 extra bed for EUR 30 per night (on request only);
We can provide 2 baby cot for free (on request only).
NUMBER OF PEOPLE: only the people who have checked in are allowed to stay at the Villa. Any guests must produce their identity papers at Check-In.
PETS: no pets are allowed.

The rent include electricity, gas, water, weekly change of bed linen and bath towels, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair-drier, barbecue, panoramic patio, garden, garden furniture, private parking. The use of Villa is not exclusive, others guests could be present in the other apartment.



All Villa: if you book the whole Villa (first floor apartment + ground floor apartment), you will get a 20% discount on the whole rent. Minimum stay is 7 nights. This offer cannot be combined with any of the others.

Long Stay: if your stay lasts two consecutive weeks or more running, you will get a 15% discount on the whole rent. This offer cannot be combined with any of the others.

First Minute: if you book your stay at least 5 months before your arrival, you will get a 15% discount on the whole rent. Minimum stay is 7 nights. This offer cannot be combined with any of the others.
