The apartment has views of the garden and woods, and offers a private outdoor space equipped with a barbecue. 80 m away from the house there is a large lawn bordered by woods, with a beautiful swimming pool (shared with the property owners and guests of the mill). The furnishing is simple but comprehensive, in tasteful, rustic style and in perfect harmony overall. Access to the property is via a small, narrow, unpaved 1 km road.
