Large living/dining room with open fireplace and satellite-TV. 4 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC. Open kitchen (5 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, grill) with open fireplace. Floor heating. Facilities: washing machine. Entrance via wide interior stairs. One of the bathrooms can also be reached via the corridor.

Description of the lounge:
The room is 100m2 and very spacious. It has a beautiful architectural structure and has a large window made with typical Tuscan material from where it is possible to admire all the town of San Gimignano in its splendour together with the green surrounding countryside. The lounge is furnished in the typical Tuscan style, fireplace, TV and satellite TV corner, sofas.
Description of the kitchen:
The kitchen is very large and has sink, dishwashing machine, fridge, cooking corner, electric oven, microwave, dishes and all other accessories.
Description of the bedrooms:
Room "Le Torri" has a wonderful panoramic view of the town of San Gimignano. It is very spacious and with typical Tuscan furniture. The furniture itself was taken from the Montagnani-Leoncini ancestor houses and then restored. The bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, washbasin, wc and bidet.
Room "La Collina" has a splendid panoramic view onto the typical Tuscan countryside. It is very spacious and with Tuscan furniture. It has private bathroom and all the facilities.
Room "Gli Olivi" has a view onto the garden where you can see all the beautiful olive trees planted by Maris and Antonella in 1989. The room has also a private bathroom and all facilities.
Room "Il Boschetto" is very spacious and well furnished, has a view onto the wood and the garden of the house. The bathroom is with shower, washbasin, wc and bidet.

Overall Property Description:
Podere Lo Spadino is a typical stone farmhouse in a hilly position. The house enjoy a wonderful view over the towers of San Gimignano and it is part of an estate producing olive oil and wine. The swimming pool and sun terrace are in panoramic position. Possible to dine outdoor on the terrace and to use the built-in barbecue. Swimming-towels are available (extra). To respect the original architecture the renovation was made mostly using the same materials. Furnished in typical Tuscan style.

The ground floor which is separated from the rest of the house is used by the owner.

The farmhouse offers its clients very good Chianti and Vernaccia wine, extra-virgin olive oil, honey and salami and cured meats.
