Walk to the beach and downtown. This vintage cape cod home is set up for a large group (sleeps 10) who would like the desirable residential Harwich Port location with out the fuss and high cost. The home has a total of 4 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths in the main part of the home. The first floor has a living room with TV, a separate dining room- seating for 8 and a TV, a kitchen, half bath and a enclosed breezway with dining set. In the main part of the home the bedrooms are upstairs with the master bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The second floor has a Full size bath with tub/shower combination. There are 2 more bedrooms and a full bath (shower only) through and over the garage. The first bedroom has 2 twins and a full bath (shower only) then you will walk thru this bedroom and go upstairs to the other bedroom (bedroom #4) that has a full bed and 2 twins. The backyard has an outdoor shower,choice of charcoal or gas grill and a patio set for dining. A/C units in the 2 upstairs bedrooms in the main part of home, one a/c Unit in the first floor bedroom and an a/c unit in the upstairs bedroom over gargage. NO PETS, NO SMOKING!

A refundable security deposit, process fee and damage insurance are required. Check in is at 3PM and check out is 10AM. NO SMOKING. NO PETS unless stated under individual home details.
