Cosy, rustic country house. Outside the resort Pollença, in a secluded, quiet position, 3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden with lawn, plants and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 01.01.-30.12.). Pergola, garden furniture. In the house: laundry. Linen change weekly. Parking by the house in the grounds. Shop 3 km, grocers 3 km, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 3 km, sandy beach "Platja de Port de Pollença" 3 km. Please note: car essential.

Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater and fan. 1 room with 1 double bed (135 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC, electric heater and fan. The town is formed by former villages Pollenta, Puerto Pollenta and Cala Sant Vicente. Places of interest: the Roman bridge, the Museum of Pollenta, House-Museum Dionfs Bennassar. International music festival in summer. The major celebration takes place the first week of August: Festa de la Patronna.
