Enjoy this upgraded 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium with full kitchen, dining for 2, living room with wood fireplace and 32" FTSC TV with DVD. Free high speed wireless Internet access. Queen bed and 19" cable TV in private bedroom. Sleeps 4 with Queen, sofa-sleeper. Building offers heated outdoor pool and also large outdoor common hot tub. Free town shuttle stops nearby for easy access to dining, shopping, nightclubs, and other nearby resorts (Deer Valley and Canyons Resort).
***Construction on Empire Avenue is scheduled to start April 15 and is expected to be completed by July 5, with the possibility of a June finish. Empire Avenue will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on weekdays during most of the construction. Full road closures are scheduled during the first three or four weeks. No work is planned on the weekends. Drivers may experience delays while the crews are working
