This PET FRIENDLY, 2 bedroom Lake Village condo has a lake view from the living room deck. With 1.5 baths, the condo comfortably sleeps 4, although there is room for 6. There is a queen in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. A futon in the dining area handles the overflow. The condo has 2 stories with several stairs leading to the front door. Amenities include flat screen TV in the living room, premium movie channels, WIFI, and a gas bbq.Lake Village backs to the national forest with recreational trails. The complex is on the Nevada side of the casino area within approximately one mile. The local beaches are close by as well as the Edgewood Golf Course. The Heavenly gondola is within 1 mile. Lake Village #201 A guest from Manteca, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 We recently stayed in unit 201 for a family wedding. The condo was dusty, spider webs and dead bugs in the windows in th dining area. Windows in that room were very difficult to open. Many windows did not have screens. We had to call immediately because the kitchen faucet sprayed water all around. Accommodation Station was very responsive to our call and sent someone out to fix it. The upstairs toilet leaked enough to soak a large part of the rug. I wouldn't stay here again unless I was assured the owners updated and fixed things. |

Reasonable, but it could be greatly improved! A guest from San Bruno, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2010 Everything is really old in this condo, beds are really squeaky. TVs are 20 inch, 20 year old tubes. Everything works, but the price is too high, considering what you're getting. |
