Hot Tub was disapointing
John O. from Burnaby, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in June, 2014
We stayed while up in Whistler to do the Touch Mudder, we book the property based on it having a hot tub. Which ended up being very small, the temperature was very low and the jets did not work.

Property Manager Response:
Response from Whistler Platinum Reservations
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and bringing to our attention the water temperature and jet issue you experienced. Please know that our front desk agents are on call throughout your stay to help in any way they can. As this is a communal hot tub we are following up with Treeline's Strata Council to have these issues resolved. We are pleased to let you know that from your feedback, we will be adding a photo of the hot tub to our website. Lastly, congratulations on completing the Tough Mudder - what an experience! We do hope to welcome you back to next year's event and please do allow our reservations team to find you a home with a hot tub that exceeds your expectations on your next visit to Whistler. Thanks again for sharing your review.

Response from Whistler Platinum Reservations
Dear Guest,
Thank you for writing your review. Whistler certainly did experience some very warm weather in July and August, and unfortunately this home is not equipped with air conditioning, which is the norm in Whistler homes. We do encourage our guests to call us to request fans or any other item they may find lacking in their vacation homes; we will do our best to accommodate these requests. As for the balcony floors and chairs, we apologize this is not up to our standard s and we will be sure to pay more attention to this area in the future.
Kindest Regards,
Corrine Harris

VERY Disappointed!!
Scott A B. from Toronto, Ontario does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013
Our group was extremely disappointed from the minute we arrived at the front desk. We were belittled by the front desk manager Corine (who is very unprofessional and a cancer to your organization!) and felt very unwelcome. We are 5 30+ year old professionals that were treated like irresponsible children upon check in. We were told we needed to sign an agreement to keep the noise and partying under control, however, we were there to ski, NOT party! There wasn't 1 day out of the 5 that the outdoor jacuzzi worked to it's full potential (no jets, no heat and 1 day closed). We called the front desk to voice our displeasure, but didn't once receive any communication in return. We feel we were mislead with our proximity to ski in/ski out access, as we checked the box online when reserving. The pictures on your website of the interior of the property are not accurate, specifically, the downstairs bedroom and living room. Overall, we were very disappointed, would never stay there again and never recommend it to anyone else.

Response from Whistler Platinum Reservations
Dear Scott,
Thank you for taking the time to write your review, and we are sorry that you felt that we were not respectful towards you and your acquaintances. The agreement that was presented at the time of check in was issued to all guests arriving over this historically busy and loud week in Whistler. This agreement is presented for two reasons, first -to warn guests that we are aware that late night noise may be an issue throughout Whistler and that no one should have to put up with such noise. Secondly to warn guests that if they wish to partake in late night activities to avoid doing so in their units, as it will result in fines beyond our control. Again we are sorry that your group took it as a personal reflection, but again as mentioned all guests received the same notice.

Good overall experience. The kitchen could use some better utensils but generally speaking there was everything you needed. It would have been nice if there were some board games or some cards.

Treeline 31 - Wonderful Experience
A guest from London,, England recommends this property.
Stayed for 9 days in January, 2010
I would highly recommend the Treeline Chalet and Whistler Platinum, the chalet was very clean and comfortable, in a good location - walking distance to the Blackcombe lift if required but buses very reliable and a 2 min trip. The only negative comment I could make is that in the 9 days we stayed we could not work out how it could be ski home though we never did venture through the trees.

Great Condo, easy to get to and from the village with good access to the free shuttle. Hot tub was well maintained and used frequently. Lovely quiet spot away from the bustle of the market. Can't speak highly enough of the service from the property manager, always very responsive and quick to follow up on requests. Looking forward to our next visit.
