Northern Lights #32 is a four-bedroom plus den, two and half bathroom, townhome featuring mountain views, a private hot-tub, and access to nearby ski trails. The home features new flat screen televisions and a newly carpeted top floor. This home offers a cozy mountain home away from home for families and friends.
The main living area features vaulted ceilings with a cozy fireplace. For entertaining and enjoying a meal at home, there is an open concept fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats 8 comfortably. After a day on the slopes, relax in your own private hot tub.
Located on the top floor the master bedroom features a queen bed, ample storage and an ensuite bathroom. On the main floor, the second bedroom features a split king bed, the third bedroom features a queen bed and the fourth bedroom features two twin beds. The den also offers a sofabed for extra guests.
For added convenience, this home has a washer/dryer, double lock up garage and offers complimentary wireless internet. This home is suitable for families and large parties alike and those who appreciate warmth and privacy in the village.
Many guests choose to walk the 15 minutes or drive 2 minutes to the base of Whistler village to access the gondola and lifts. Alternatively, more adventurous guests can access an intermediate level ski trail that connects Northern Lights to the base of Whistler by climbing 100 plus stairs which are about 150 metres from this home.

great staff, bad location Brian G. from Seattle, Washington does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2013 The staff was amazing! so nice and helpful. would definitely recommend Whistler Platinum staff.however, I did not expect the house to be so far away from the village. i expected it to be walking distance, but really you had to access the village by car. also, it was advertised as "ski-in-ski-out" ...and technically i suppose it is, but to access the slope you need walk up over 70 steps, then up another steep hill for 500ft. I feel like the long distance to the village and ski lifts was underplayed in the properties advertisements. would not recommend the property to friends. and, will be much more wary of believing online property descriptions. |

Needs updating A guest from Bothell, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 We had a great time in Whistler. However, the condo was very worn and needed updating. There were holes in the couches, spots on the carpets and also a whole in the master bathroom wall behind the door. The water from the shower in the master bathroom barely trickled out. We also felt that there could have been a couple more good pans for cooking especially when you are cooking for a big group like we were. We also had some issues with the ice maker. The only reason I gave it a 4 on location is because there is a big winding hill that you have to walk up and down every time you want to go into the village. We got our exercise though. All in all we had a great trip but we definitely did not think this condo was worth spending $2,000 for the week. We will go back to Whistler but we will not stay at this condo again. |

A very long (20 minutes at least, not suitable) climb was described as "steps to take" (with actual 200 yards climbing after stem steps), no shuttle access - walk almost a mile to the nearest shuttle stop.The property itself was very good - clean, spacious, good kitchen, good and large hot tub/jacuzzi. |
