Home offers a nice enclosed screened porch and a large rear deck with wooden walkway to enclosed outside shower. Hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, cable, TV, DVD, and microwave. Bathroom is being remodeled for the 2013 rental seawson. A gas grill and picnic table is provided.
