Any closer and you'd get wet! Top floor of charming mid-rise condo offers sweeping views of the beach, cool ocean breezes, a full kitchen, A/C, and covered parking. All utilities included, but add 3% for town's accommodation tax. Weekly rentals only during peak season (mid-June to late Aug).
Dewey Beach is a relatively small so everything is within walking distance. Convenience stores and casual and fancier restaurants are nearby, as are popular night life spots. Every 20 minutes or so the "Jolly Trolley" shuttle stops at the end of the street and can take you the short drive to the excitement of the boardwalk at Rehoboth (Rehobeth also has 140 outlet stores).
Beautifully furnished and decorated, this vacation rental has access to the deck from the living room or the main bedroom. Families welcome - there is plenty of space to gather, or with a second bedroom there is private space to catch up on reading. Bring your computer - high speed wireless access available.

The Beachcomber will be a memorable vacation rental because it has the best of both worlds - a quiet beach front and nightlife just a couple of blocks away. There are lots of families with kids on our street, so no loud parties after 11 pm. We want you to enjoy our place and your stay in Dewey, but please respect the neighbors, too.
A signed lease and $750 advance payment required to reserve the condo, then the balance and a $500 security deposit required when key is received. Security deposit will be refunded in the mail afterward (assuming there is no damage). Cancellations/no shows forfeit the advance payment.
Be sure to bring your own towels, linens and toilet paper. Check in time is 2 pm, check out time is 10 am.
