French Riviera villa rental on Cote d'Azur, France. Perched on the quiet hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the villa is located between Saint-Tropez and Cannes, above the village of Les Issambres. There you can enjoy sunbathing at large sand beaches or little creeks with umbrella pines, shopping in many shops and a street market at San Peire, take sailing lessons, golf, ride horseback or go hiking within a few kilometers from your new summer home. Marseille, Aix en Provence, Cannes, Grasse, Antibes, Nice, Vintimille and Saint-Tropez are among a number of convenient day trips. The four bedroom villa comfortably sleeps eight people and contains a modern kitchen fully equipped. The house and the veranda are facing south and are very sunny. You can enjoy your meals in the outside summer dining room looking at the sea and the swimming pool from the veranda. The living room is largely opened on the veranda with sliding french windows. It is air-conditionned. Two bed rooms have double beds (140x190), the two others have twin beds (80x190). The large swimming pool has wide steps at one end making access easy and a deck for sunbathing with lounge chairs. It has the latest safety devices (electric cover). There is parking for two cars within the property which is surrounded by a fence.
