Casa Eskelson is situated on the beach of the lovely Las Palmas Mirador area. It is a three bedroom, three bath condo with two master bedroom suites. The first master bedroom suite as a king size bed and private bath, and walk-in closet; the second master suite, with a queen bed and bath, has a private entrance from the rest of the condo. The third bedroom, in the main part of the condo, has twin beds. In addition to the two bedrooms in the main part of the condo, there is a third bath and the kitchen/living room/dining area where there is a breakfast bar, and an incomparable view of the Sea of Cortez. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, blender, and microwave. The ocean-side patio has furniture and charcoal barbecue. Other amenities include central air/heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, Purified Water by Reverse Osmosis in the kitchen, and secure parking. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets.
