The Master and Guest bedrooms both have king beds. The sleeper sofa is a king. There are three full bathrooms. We were five adults and never felt like we were "on top of each other." The view from this condo is phenomenal! The entire kitchen and living areas have a full ocean view. The lanai is huge; it wraps around the condo. The patio furniture is extremely nice, and there are ample pieces. There is a wonderful grassy yard in front of the lani that is private to the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly, this condo allowed a fabulous stay with a glorious view of paradise! |

While the condo had a magnificent view, the condo felt unclean. The carpets were old and worn out and the towels were threat thin. The dishwasher did not work properly and the kitchen was not properly stocked i.e. no kettle for tea and limited cooking utensils. The walls were marked and could use a fresh coat of paint. We paid a lot of money to rent the condo for a week and I would not recommend this condo to anyone .... not until it is freshened up. Property Manager Response: Response from Kauai Exclusive Management LLC The suite has been freshened up.. We have new towels, touched up the white walls and deep cleaned the carpet.. We have also re-stocked the kitchen with a few of the missing utensils. A107 stays VERY booked and we have it scheduled for regular deep cleanings, maintenance and paint touch up's.. It is unfortunate that this was our guest experience and had we been contacted on day #1 we would have had 90% of these items resolved within 24hrs. Aloha KEM |

Great location on the water, super large spaces, and beautiful finishes like all of the WBR units. There were a handful of issues that should be addressed, however:- most of the sliding door screens were torn or very worn- the light from the parking lot was a bit annoying as it streamed in at night through the windows beside the bed in the master bedroom. Either blackout shades or better coverage is needed.- there were plenty of lids but very few containers for storing leftovers in the fridge. Perhaps some of those got misplaced in one of the locked cabinets?With a few minor adjustments, this place would be absolutely top-notch. I'm a loyal repeat customer with Kauai Exclusive and love the great service I always get from Josh and team. Can't wait for next year! |

Wonderful that the sound of the ocean could be heard from both bedrooms. Only improvements would be to repair the dresser drawers in the 2nd bedroom and to provide more washcloths. Beach is good for relaxing but not very "swimable". |

We were disappointed Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2011 with the unit. The shower in the small bath off of the kitchen leaked like a sieve. The seal in that shower is shot. The water just runs out. Neither of the clock's alarms in the master bedroom worked. Absolutely no light bulbs in the living room were bright enough to read by. So disappointed. Also, obvioius big mold problem in the kitchen and the trash container in the kitchen had a top that did not fit on it. We had to leave the trash container uncovered during our entire stay. Loved the location but was really disappointe in the interior and all of its problems. |

Lovely but not secure. Reviewed by: Steve K. recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2010 The only criticism I would give the property would be in the area of security. For such a luxurious property I would expect someone to always be present in the lobby and the pool area. My daughter's camera was stolen in broad daylight by the pool by 2 local teenage boys that were obviously not guests of the property. On another night 5 local boys came into the pool area before it closed with backpacks and got in one of the hottubs wearing their jeans. When I tried to call someone for security I got only a voicemail and when I went up to the lobby the lobby was closed. When we reported our daughter's camera stolen we were told by security that there was nothing they could do because they weren't on duty until after 5pm on the 4th of July. We were staying in a groundfloor unit and were told that they were broken into all the time. Security needs to be addressed in such a nice resort in order for us to want to stay again. |
