The house is independent, completely fenced-in, and furnished with a swimming pool (shared with the property owners, who live in a house about 50 m away). There is also a nice enclosed, well-equipped private garden and a beautiful covered terrace (with ping pong table). Casa Lia has an independent entrance. Access to the property is via a short, unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Casole d’Elsa 6 km away, Colle val d’Elsa with all kinds of shops and train station 6 km, Siena 28 km away, San Gimignano 20 km, Volterra 30 km, Florence (airport) 58 km away.
