Large and beautiful farmhouse (220m2) located in a small wooded valley, in absolute tranquility and isolation. The house is located at the heart of 50 hectares of olive and cork trees, inside the Val di Farma Natural Reserve. Here it is easy to come across blackbirds, deer, wild boar and with a little luck, otters and foxes. Just 550m away from the house runs the the Farma river, where you can fish and swim in the various natural pools. View of the garden and the woods. The property’s location is ideal for a vacation in close contact with nature. The house offers a large, well-furnished and well-maintained lawn (5000 m2) that is enclosed and partly shaded. Outside there is also a beautiful, illuminated pool with outdoor shower, and a portico/porch/patio with a large table, chairs and old-fashioned wood-burning oven, perfect for dining al fresco. The furnishing is simple but comprehensive, in rustic style and in perfect harmony overall (the bathrooms are simple). Access to the property is via an unpaved, 2,4 km road that is not recommended for low-riding cars.
