The location allows to easily reach the charming towns of the region like Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Montepulciano as well as Bagni Vignone, Bagni di San Flippo and Chianciano Terme with nice spas.
The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
