This fabulous three bedroom, three-and-a-half bath property is the Heart of Santa Fe. This is a professionally decorated property with all that Santa Fe has to offer. Each of the suites has a private bath, the two king master suites have gas fireplaces, and the third suite offers either twins or a king and has a private deck. There are five LCD flat screen televisions in the property; in each bedroom, living room and small intimate media room, with internet access and game table.The home was completed in 2006 and has a granite and stainless steel kitchen with wonderful kitchen appointments. The property is filled with original art and comfortable furnishings, high quality linens, radiant heat and refrigerated air conditioning. The location is a short walk to the Santa Fe Plaza, galleries, museums and the best dining in the world. The intimate outdoor patio has another fireplace and gas barbeque. There is off-street parking in an underground lot with elevator to the property. This is Santa Fe living at its very best where you can live downtown and enjoy our City.

El corazón de Santa Fe Jorge C. from El Paso, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2012 The location of this property is amazing. It's on a walking distance to downtown. The furniture of the house was very nice, but it wasn't clean. The kitchen pots were dirty and some of the cabinets too. The bath tub when we started it black stuff came from it. The vacuum cleaner wasn't working we had to call and they had to send someone to vacuum the entire place and to leave a working vacuum.The phone wasn't working there were no calls coming in. We called the office and never got back to us regarding this issue.Besides these issues we had a good time here |

Stayed for 4 days in November, 2012 We throughly enjoyed being walking distance to the plaza where my group of 6 could come and go and they pleased - The condo was beautiful and well appointed - Several small items that needed attention were immediately fixed by maintenance - The only problem we had was regulating the heat between the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms but we opened windows as needed - I would gladly stay there again and recommend the condo to anyone visiting Santa Fe |

THE PLACE NEEDS SOME TLC HOWEVER. TOILET STICKS AND RUNS IN MASTER. ANTS COME IN AND SEEM TO BE IN LOTS OF AREAS OF THE PLACE. FIREPLACES ARE GREAT BUT VERY HARD TO LIGHT. HARD TO CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE IN THE PLACE. SEEMED TO BE HOT IN SPITE OF BEING TURNED DOWN TO 60. KITCHEN NEEDS NEW COOKWARE. ITS IN REALLY SAD SHAPE. TV IN THE MAIN LIVING AREA IS REALLY WEAK FOR THAT QUALITY OF RENTAL. SO TINY HARD TO SEE ACROSS THE ROOM AND THE SPEAKERS MUST BE MESSED UP AS IT WAS BUZZING A LOT. BUT ALL IN ALL WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN FOR ITS LOCATION. EXCELLENT FOR THAT PURPOSE. |

Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 The space in this unit was perfect for us.What was not perfect for us was that all beds had foam rubber pillows with no other options.The towels were cheap quality and some were stained.The housekeeping did go out and buy better ones and brought them to us.Housekeeping should have never put the stained towels in the baths.Better overseeing is needed.Our air conditioning unit was loud and was fixed.The interior stairway was very slick and all of us slipped numerous times.Lastly,the glass shower door in the upstairs bath would not close..scraped on threshold.Should have been noticed while cleaning.The location was as good as it gets for an in town location. |

Beginning with the management company, they answered my questions and responded immediately to any of my inquiries. The property was beautiful, spacious, clean and two or three blocks from the Plaza (city center). I would most definitely return to this location. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2011 Upon arrival at condo: parking spot taken by another, wrong condo # given out, wrong combination for elevator and gates, 2 keys for 5 ladies - needed to request more and go pick up next day, maintence person needed to come to turn on gas to fireplaces, not enough supplies for a week like tissue, toilet paper, dish soap. The owners need to leave instructions on how to turn on TV and fireplace and other operating instructions important. This was not a first day start to our vacation but after that things went smoothly. |

Repeat rental. This is the second opportunity to stay in this unit. Plenty of room for a group of six adults. Ideal location. A guest from St Louis, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2010 1) We had a tremendous amount of recycling but there was no information regarding what to do with it. I ended up at the City of Santa Fe recycling center off of West Alameda. 2) The Kokopelli literature upon arrival was helpful. However, for marketing purposes, I think a call from the associate who was responsible for the reservation would have been nice. Just a suggestion. All in all it was a wonderful week and we are looking forward to visiting Santa Fe in the future. P.S. The Canyon Road walk on Christmas Eve was fabulous! |

Underground parking is nice convenience. No exercise room or pool. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Would stay there again. Light bulbs burned out and 1 fireplace needed to be relit but on site management fixed promptly. |
