Ryan P. from Atlanta, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2016 The condo was perfect! We could easily walk to the slopes and the local restaurants / bars within Breckenridge. Everything was clean, well appointed and the hot tub was PERFECT! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking in Breckenridge. Check in / out was very easy and the staff was very friendly.
Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals Thank you for your feedback Ryan! We are very happy that you and your guests thoroughly enjoyed your stay.
April G. from Shawnee Mission, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2015 Had all the amenities you would need. We stayed in the summer it was a little warm in the COndo with NO AC or Fans unless you opened the Windows. Its on a Corner lot of a busy street so traffic noise was loud. I would not stay at this location again in the summer but for sure in the Winter. Lots of room very clean and a great Hot Tub.
Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals Thank you for your feedback April. Very few places (if any) in Breckenridge have AC due to the very few warm days that we have. Please give us a call next time you stay with us if you need anything at all. We have fans at the office that we give out to guests in situations like this.
Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 It was a great condo except for a few minor concerns. The thermostats were set for 68 degrees but were always 71 -73 degrees. Our guests were complaining about not being able to sleep because it was so hot, myself included. There was another unit below ours which may have been a cause of excessive heat and cigar/cigarette smoke smell in our unit. The kitchen ware needs replacement from overuse: toaster was temperamental and had a hatred for bagels, need real spatulas instead of thick wooden ones (doesn't work too well for pancakes or eggs over easy!. The rug under the dining room table needs to be removed as everyone kept tripping over the edge which curled up. The hot tub was 83 degrees when we arrived but was fixed by the next afternoon.
A guest from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2012 Wonderful complex, close to the mountain and town. Great private hot tub and a large community hot tub also. Heated driveway made for safe easy car usage during heavy snows.
A guest from McAllen, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2011 The appartments are great the only thing is that the sofas in the living room are really old and very uncomortable and the mattress of the master bedroom is HORRIBLE, IMPOSIBLE TO SLEEP ON THAT MATTRESS. Is also too old.
Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals Thank you fr your comments. They are very helpful in reinforcing our recommendations to our owner partners the importance of keeping a unit and its furnishings top notch. We hope to see you again.
A guest from Prairie Village, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2010 I was pleasantly surprised by this condo, as I didn't think the pictures did it justice. The decor was western and nice. The floor plan is great too. The bedrooms by the front door got a little loud at night, but it didn't seem to bother the guests in those rooms. The condo is a walkable distance to the silverthorn chair if you don't have your gear with you. Also, the parking lot surface of the complex is heated, so you don't have to worry about ice and snow buildup.
