Location was a close 5 min walk to the Quicksilver lift... and it was even relatively close to the stores/restaurants but it was cold to walk. The fireplace kinda went out on us and had to be fixed while we were there and they REALLY need to fix the shower in the master bedroom. It sucked... kind of like it was missing a shower head so we all used the second shower instead. Other than that no complaints. Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals Nicole, thank you for your feedback on the condo. The location of the Tamarisk is fantastic with easy access to slopes and Main Street downtown Breckenridge. The master bedroom shower sprayer has been replaced, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. The space heater and fire place pick up the slack, but since our daughter was sleeping on the sofa bed we didn't leave the fire on all night. So it would've been nice if the heat worked better. Super quiet area, close to free shuttle stop. Not close to "downtown", but about 15 minute walk. |

Stayed for 4 days in January, 2012 We enjoyed everything about the location and place, except the quality of the beds and the noises made in the walls when the water was turned on. The mattresses were extremely firm. The banging and clanging of pipes in the walls was very distracting when trying to sleep. I would choose Summit Mountain Rentals again, but would choose another unit to stay in. |
