Stayed for 60 days in January, 2013
Pueblo Del Mar consists of 34 well built, 2 story condos. Downstairs: living space, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. A couch in the living room could serve as a bed, so each dwelling potentially accommodates up to 5 people. Each Condo is equipped with 2 air conditioners, and 4 ceiling fans to direct cooled air. From Pueblo del Mar is either a 5 minute walk to town or to the Pacific Ocean beach, or just a 2 1/2 minute walk to a Superstore. RPM Staff do all cleaning and towel laundering once a week, and a gardener regularly maintains and waters all trees and plants in the complex. Around a kidney shaped pool forms a meeting and conversation place for all tenants. Security is good and a safe is generally provided in each condo. If not, valuables may be kept in RPM's safe, located just across from the Superstore. Tamarindo is very safe, but nevertheless, people are warned to use common sense and keep lap tops, cameras and cell phones from view near windows. To summarize, Pueblo Del Mar was a wonderful experience over our entire 60 day vacation. All being well, next year will be a 3 month vacation time at Pueblo Del Mar. In other words, we are "Test Driving" a country to see if it is suitable for future permanent residence. It has taken a while, but we have finally come to realize that winter is not for us anymore. PURA VIDA!!!

Easily navigated. All levels of food and drinks. Surfing is out if this world. Hot!!! Air conditioning a must to sleep. Little ant problem in Pueblo del Mar, but nothing gross. People are friendly and welcoming. BEAUTIFUL! !!!!! sunsets alone worth the trip! RPM management: A+++++++ so helpful and quick with answers thank you
