Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013
The staircase is very dangerous in my opinion. The top steps are only about 4". My huband has a bit of a bad knee so it was unsafe.They have a front gate that is left open at all times but it doesn't really matter because someone can walk in from the other sides anyway. No security at all. Felt very unsafe there... particularly at night. The place is very very dark inside...depressing!|Furniture was very uncomfortable. The only place to sit out to get some proper shade was filled by the same people everday so you could never sit there. Not enough chairs even in the other area. No proper light to sit outside at night to read. Large cockroach in the bathroom. RPM are the best!!!!! We told them of our unhappiness and they got us out of there. They are one of the best property management companies I have ever dealt with. Our vacation would have been ruined had they not found us another place, quickly, politely and efficiently. We are very happy at Sunrise Condos. More money but we were happy to pay it.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The only draw back for me was there are a lot of beautiful palm trees around the pool that there isn't a chance to sun tan. Had to go to the beach for that. But other than that it was great.

the unit we stayed in was nice and comfortable.The management responded quicly to any request, we stayed two months and love the complex, Pueblo del mar. 3 minute walk to town, 4 minutes to the beach. Staff was nice, the neighbors, some owners, some renters were friendly and fun to chat with. We now live in Tamarindo and would highly recommend this service and property to any of our friends who come down to visit.
