This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium includes full kitchen, dining for 8 plus 2 bar stools, and wood fireplace in the living room. A 24" TV in the living room is accompanied by DVD/VCR and CD/stereo. The Master BR has King bed and 18" TV. Second bedroom has two twin beds. And the third bedroom has twin bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. The condo sleeps 10 guests total with King, Twin/Twin in guest room, and twin bunk beds and twin trundle bed. Complex is non-smoking.

Park Station amenities include: Common Area Washer/Dryer, Common Area Hot Tub, Common Area Outdoor Heated Pool, High Speed Wireless Internet Access.

Note: Hot Tub and Pool are open during summer and winter seasons only. Both close at the end of each season.
