Peaceful with great views! Laura W. from San Antonio, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2012 This was a nice property, great location! Just outside of SF. The pictures online don't do it justice. We thought it was a house, turned out to be a townhome (wd guess about 1800 sf)-but was very quiet.Cozy patio w great views! We sat outside in the evening, watched the shadows fall across the mts, & enjoyed listening to the opera!Full kitchen(we only made coffee though), large bathrooms w skylights-great for putting on makeup. Large master (king) and 2nd br (2 twins) w/ upstairs loft. AC/worked great (was needed)2 car garage, private courtyard. We loved the privacy that the neighborhood offered. Suggestions for improvement: Furniture-fair, comfortable for the most part, but a little on the older side. Chaise outside looks like it was in need of repair, so we didn't use.Sheets on bed a little scratchy - not sure if its thread count, or just needs alot of fabric softener (prob both) Would also recommend room darkening shades in master-woke up at the crack of dawn! Several cobwebs (between LR couch/end table and chair/fireplace just to name a few locations) went to plug ipad in and "ran" into them, so could probably be checked and cleaned a little better.(hence the 3 stars) Not luxurious or updated, but comfortable and private. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and we would go back again. Would recommend getting there while its light out - a little hard to find at night even with directions as street signs are somewhat hidden by landscaping. |

Place was filthy. A guest from Dallas, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2009 Property Manager Response: The house was not filthy - the owner was in the house prior to the guest and it was cleaned by a professional housekeeper before the guest arrived. We did not hear one word from the guest during his stay. It is our policy to do a quality check before each guest arrives and the house checked out with a three page check list. Had the guest had a problem and called us, we would have immediatley sent housekeeping out to assist him. There were no phone calls from the guest during his one week stay. |
