Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 The rental was very nicely furnished and was close to downtown and the Canyon Road areas we wanted to visit. We walked everywhere! We had been given a map showing nearby grocery stores, but other than fixing coffee in the morning we did no cooking although the unit was well stored with kitchen appliances if we had wanted to prepare meals. The restaurant scene is just too good in Santa Fe - one of the reasons we visited. We hope to be back next spring. |

Having lived in Santa Fe for 13 years and returning for an extended visit we experienced in Pino Chiquita the feeling of home. The rental was delightfully furnished but not over done. The home was sparkling clean and welcoming. When a package of ours got lost, the folks at Kokopelli diligently worked to find our lost camping gear--thank you!! The grounds were kept clean and were delightful. I sat on the stone bench under the very large tree in the courtyard to listen to the birds in the early morning and to just take it all in. Perfect. We left with a heavy heart having become attached to our abode promising to return. When I neglected to pack our comforter, the folks at Kokopelli quickly returned it to me--thank you, Pam, thank you, Ben. Being so close to the plaza allowed us to experience Santa Fe at its best. We spent many hours walking and taking in the sights that only The City Different offers. Pure pleasure.Thank you everyone who worked to make our stay a delight. Christmas in Santa Fe Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2010 My wife and I rented this apartment over Christmas 2010. Apartment was nicer than we expected, good sized and well-stocked kitchen, nice living room, great fireplace, Kokopelli even provides firewood. Location was perfect, just on the outside of downtown, nice and quiet but an easy walk to the plaza and canyon road.Generally the apartment is in very good condition. Our only complaint is that the bathroom fixtures (towel rack, tp holder, etc) need some maintenance or to be replaced.Other than that, great apartment, great location, easy booking, and certainly recommended. |

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2010 The manager was very helpful and friendly with the rental process. The girl at the check in/out desk was not friendly. The rental property was great and met all of our needs. The location did not. The rental is a in a back alley next to an unkept house. We have dogs and are very tolerate of dogs, but it was sad to see the big german shepard in the small pen, barking. We will be back to Santa Fe but, we will probably try a different location next time. |
