Our beautiful, Sabanian house "Villa Fairview" has a very unique location on the island Saba. At 1000 feet, 'Fairview' overlooks the charming village of Windwardside in the middle of the island. You will find numerous fine restaurants and shops, all within walking distance.
The house, which is surrounded by beautiful nature, is reached from a quiet street, which provides the utmost privacy. Because of the unique location there is a magnificent view from the wide verandas overlooking the town of Windwardside, Mount Scenery and the Caribbean to the South West.
The house ihas a large, fully equipped kitchen with both a cooktop and oven, large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and anything else you expect to find in a luxurious house like this. Everything is new. The spacious living room leads to a very large porch, with great views. On the same floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms (about 322 sq.ft.) with a comfortable King-size bed in each.
Between the bedrooms you will find a bathroom with a spacious shower. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, but you will probably not use it, because the nights are perfectly cool.
Villa Fairview has a 3rd bedroom (the Rain Forest room) downstairs (approximately 645 sq. ft). It has a King-size bed, bathroom and its own terrace. There is also a separate room with a washer and dryer.
A 5% local room tax is included in the listed rate.
