Bedroom 3 has Twin beds and 14" TV/DVD. Bedroom 4 has Twin bed and 14" TV/DVD. Family bathroom includes bath/shower, WC, and sink. Lounge area has armchair, 3 seater, love seat, patio doors to pool area, 40" flat screen TV. Dining area has a dining set which sits 6 people. Nook area has a breakfast table which sits 4. Kitchen with bar area and 3 stools.
