Sarlat 3 br Vacation Rental Cottage

This cottage was open in 2009 and is available all year,, we are only a 15 minute walk away from the Medieval town of Sarlat. The swimming pool is common with the residence of the owner (not always present). The accommodation is set on two levels. Upper Level - Access to the cottage is via a set of stone steps leading to a sun terrace which faces due south. The entrance into the cottage provides an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. This space has a full height ceiling following the original roof profile. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appropriate appliances for your convenience. In addition there are two bedrooms leading off the lounge area. Bedroom 2 is a double room comprising 2 single beds or one double bed. Bedroom 3 is a single bedroom which could accommodate a cot if required.

Lower Level - A staircase from the kitchen/diner leads you down to a small lobby which provides access to bedroom 1. This is a double bedroom comprising either a double bed or 2 single beds. The main bathroom is situated at this level and provides walk in shower, separate bath with shower facility, basin and wc suite.

Please note under our terms and conditions a 30% deposit will be required at time of booking. The balance of funds will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival together with a 400.00 euros security deposit. The latter will be refunded within 14 days of your departure subject to any deduction for damage/replacement of broken fixtures and fittings if so required.
