Vacation Bed and Breakfast Rental Description:
On our 3rd floor, we have two bedrooms, a 4-piece bath, a fully equipped kitchen and a large sitting room with cable TV and wireless internet. One bedroom has a queen bed and a small balcony over the garden. The other bedroom has a double and a double sofa bed. Parking is available in our private drive. Children are welcome. Fold-up cribs are available.
We are located in a residential neighbourhood steps to a choice of restaurants and cafes, Little Italy, the West End Y, and we are a short trip to many tourist attractions in the downtown core.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits less a $25 cancellation fee are fully refundable with three week’s notice for room reservations and five week’s notice for suite and apartment reservations. Bookings that are cancelled with less notice may have all or some of the deposit refunded if the unit is re-booked within the cancelled period.
Terms and Conditions:
Reservations are secured with a 50% deposit. The balance is payable on arrival.
