The renovations have managed to maintain the original characteristic of the Tuscan farmhouse, with beams, terracotta floors, the windows and the front door in ‘pietra serena’ a typical stone that is quarried in the area. The villa is subdivided into 2 levels, for a total of around 180 square metres, and is made up of: On the ground floor a large living room with lounges, armchairs, satellite TV and a large fireplace, an entrance hall, a service bathroom, a dining room that can accommodate 6-8 people, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. On the upper floor is the sleeping area. The garden area of the villa has, beside a wonderful panorama, an unusual shaped swimming pool (6x12), furnished with tables, large umbrellas, deck chairs and chairs.
