We have the complimentary City Ski Shuttle stop at the property every 20 minutes. Vacationers love the self catering apartments with fully equipped kitchen plus all the linens and towels that make them feel right at home without being in a cramped hotel room. The Rockies Condominiums are within walking distance to the Ski Time Square, the indoor Tennis Center year round and Strings Music Pavilion in the summer. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - studio w/loft, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00.
