The House is located in Conca dei Marini, a very typical and characteristic town of the Amalfitan Coast.
Conca dei Marini has been the holiday place for many Vip in the past years such as Jaqueline Kennedy, Carolina of Monaco,Sofia Loren (who has owned a house here until 4 years ago), Moet&Chandon family , just to mention some...
The town is about 5 Km far from Amalfi, 10 km far from Ravello and 15 Km far from Positano, three of the most important touristic sites of the Southern part of Italy.
You can easily get there by Bus if you are not renting a car. Also in the town there is a new company providing cheap shuttle service to Amalfi at any time of the day.
From Amalfi you can easily reach Capri Island by a Fast Boat service and Sorrento by Bus (or by boat as well). Also there are many tour operators which organize half-day trips to Ravello , Pompei and Vesuvio.
If you are renting a car you can get to Pompei or Sorrento in less than 1 hour.
There are many nice beaches in the area. In Conca dei Marini there is a very nice marina with a small beach , a bar and 3 restaurants just on the sea ( See the Picture ). In the marina you can rent a typical boat or can use a boat service to get to other beaches accesible only by the sea. You can also go to have a look to the nice Emerald Cave accesible both by the sea or by the street.
House Description
The house is built on 2 levels.
On the first floor there is a living room , a kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a nice terrace which benefit from a glorious view
On the Upper floor there are 2 separate bedroom areas with 2 double bed and another bathroom.
In the living room there is a sofa bed so up to 6 people can sleep in the house.
2 minutes walk from local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, taxi rank, bus stops
Please note that smoking is restricted to the balconies/terraces to aid enjoyment of future holidaymakers
Please remember to bring your own beach towels as these are not provided at the apartment
Price is inclusive of water and electricity.
Cleaning fee 30 Euro.
