People beware unit over valued. Gail S. from Markham, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in December, 2011 We believe that this upgraded unit is miss valued. The only upgrade was the TV/stereo units and it had WIFI. Due to the quick change from our original booking we believe that the cleaning staff were unable to refresh this unit. We had to clean the balcony windows, chairs and vacuum outdoor carpet. The hallway, kitchen and bathroom floors needed washing. The linens were old and the bath towels were stained. The musty smell was always prevalent when entering the unit. The guest bedding was badly in need of cleaning. We washed the bedding, towels etc the first day or so to freshen-up. For out check-out the dish washer was emptied, the master bedding was washed but we didn't make the bed and the towels were in the dryer and the guest room linen's were in the wash. This unit did not compare to the unit (BV10-#425)that our friends rented. We left the unit cleaner than when we arrived. |

This was the first time we booked with Waterfront and must say this was probably the best accomadations we have had. Shortly after we checked in, Waterfront staff called to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They also did a follow-up mid way through our stay to make sure everything was okay. We like this area as we have made many friends who come back each year at the same time. |
