Perfect for a family or two couples, this stone farmhouse has 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The cosy and comfortable living room has a large fireplace, and the large eat-in kitchen has a dining table, dishwasher, large fridge and good stock of cooking equipment and china. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an antique armoire, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom with shower. This newly restored farmhouse is set in its own grounds with a pleasant garden. Large French doors from the living room and downstairs bedroom allows you plenty of light and air, bringing the outside in. If taken alone, there is no access to the pool,except when the Villa is empty, but you can spend happy days sight-seeing in Urbania, Urbino, and the many delightful towns and villages a short drive away, visiting the local beaches less than an hour away, hunting for (or buying) the world famous local Truffles, shopping for famous local ceramics, and enjoying local cuisine.
Fly to Rome or Bologna. The closest train stations to Urbania are in Pesaro and Fano on the Adriatic coast. From the stations, there's bus service to Urbania. There are four buses a day (except Sundays and holidays) from Rome-Tiburtina station to Urbino. From Urbino, there is good bus service to Urbania and many of the small towns nearby. Urbania itself is small and is easily explored on foot. Around the perimeter of the town there is plenty of parking.
