Le Grand Bleu is a brand new, luxury apartment in a gated residence, on a hill in Antibes. From the generous terrace, you have a beautiful view to the swimming-pool and the sea. The buildings will be surrounded by lawns and plants - landscaping work is being done during the winter. There is a parking place that comes with the apartment, but you can also on agreement get access to a locked garage.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. The combined living/dining-room, with an elegant open kitchen, opens to the terrace and the outdoors dining-table. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, everything brand new. The living-room has a TV, a stereo system, and an iPod docking centre.
The terrace runs all along the apartment, with doors to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, while the other one has two single beds that can either be apart, or together form a double bed. The white and blue bathroom features a bathtub, with a shower.
The pool is only a minute away, and there are light weight armchairs in the apartment that you can bring along.
The centre of Antibes, the Old Town, and the beaches are easily accessed by bus or car. You can even walk to the nearest beach, in less than 30 minutes!
If you are a golfer, there are many golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
