I am the proud owner of those four apartments, there are no rental agencies involved in the transaction. (they book you in a nice apartment with 25% or more rental fee, then you arrive to check-in and you will be put in a different one if you are lucky enough, all they care is to get your money)
I stand behind my every decision, to make my clients happy and see them back again and again.
The rental rates are indicated on my website and are accurate, start at $120 for single occupancy.
The apartments are 1 and 1/2 block from the beach, as you see on the maps, has 24 hour doorman service and are totally safe.
They are tastefully furnished (high quality beds) in clean and inviting condition, have high speed Internet, cable TV, CD/DVD player, stereo system, quality linen, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Shopping is just around the corner.
I also have a designated taxi driver, (other drivers can take you for a ride you don't even know where) he can wait patiently for you at the airport to take you to the apartment to make the check-in smooth and safe. (the ride is 35 minutes cost you 70 Reais about $35 USD)
For cleaning the apartment you can make arrangement with Mrs. Rose (the caretaker, a respectable lady speaks English and can be very helpful in any situation) to send you a cleaning lady as you wish at your expense.
