The Elkhorn Resort also have a new grocery store, post office and a local restaurant within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pool, sauna, and hot tub at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village plus the Sunbursts have their own summer pool and year round hot tub. Sun Valley has added a new Gondola on the River Run side of the Mt to open Nov. 2009. Lodging Features: This three-level well-appointed condominium is on the Elkhorn Golf Course and is a corner unit. Bedrooms and baths are located on the lowest level, common areas as one great room with vaulted ceiling and half bath are on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room is accessed by stairs. Details like the formal dining table with dressed fabric chairs, leather corner sectional sofa in the living room and granite countertops in the kitchen create an elegant setting for guests. The large deck accessible via sliding glass door from the living room affords golf course views and includes patio seating with umbrella for four and a Weber gas barbeque. Living room has 27"TV, VCR. 5 disc CD player. High ceilings. Ceiling fan. Access to private deck with wrought iron table and 4 chairs. Gas BBQ grill. Southwest Views. Dining table seats 8. Loft has three twin beds. Portable fan and a clock radio. Desk and chair. Loft looks over living room and kitchen. There is a 1/2 bath located at front entry to condo. Ski storage is also available just inside entrance to unit. Condo has approx. 2200 square feet of living space and the complex offers free outdoor parking. There are lockers at the base of the Mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus which can be found at the front of the complex. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well.
