For the dates in question the daily rate will be £60 pounds (6,000 pesos). Weekly and monthly rates are negotiable depending on the season and holiday periodsA damage deposit of £100 (10,000 pesos) is required and is fully refundable on final inspection after your departure, (major items only, not for normal wear and tear). A 20% deposit will secure Villa Pacific for the dates in question The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival date at Villa Pacific. Cancellations are accepted and if we can rent Villa Pacific a full refund at the discretion of the owners a refund based on time available to rent will be given, refunds for cancellations at short notice are at the discretion of the owners
