Our home is an award winner Parade of Homes 2006. Detached, single story island style home, the only one of its kind in KaMilo at the famous Mauna Lani Resort on the Big Island in Hawaii. Interiors designed by Kathy Merrill Kelley, recognized as one of top 100 Best designers in the world. Hokulani is a four bedroom and four and one half bath. Our home includes a one bedroom hale (Guest House) with its own private entry off the courtyard entrance. Excitement begins as you enter Hokulani's captivating island charm with the expansive courtyard leading you inside to the grand room with natural bamboo flooring throughout.(Please remove your shoes). The grand room, with full-width lanai doors opening to a private pool and spa, overlooks the 11th Fairway of Mauna Lani's North course and enjoys a glimpse of the ocean.

Located in the renowned Maua Lani Resort. Mauna Lani enjoys two major first classs hotels, The Mauna Lai Bay Hotel and Spa, and The Fairmont Orchid. Two world class golf courses with well-recognized signature holes such as the 15th on the South course, one of the most photographed in the world. The Spa at the Orchid is an award-winning Spa. Mauna Lani property also includes a private fishpond and turtle preserve, access to sailing and diving, a Petroglyph State Park and an unhampered beachfront between the hotels. Our home also features access to the private white sand Beach Club available only to homeowners and house guests, a five minute drive. The Fairmont Orchid is just a five minute walk and the "Shops" at Mauna Lani is a ten minute walk away. The "Shops" include a well-stocked Foodland Farms market at local prices and fine dining restaurants for nights out.
Our home is right across from our five- acre Recreation Center with an exercise fitness room, three swimming pools, including a lap pool and children's pool and a pavillion with bar and large grill.

Winter Rates:
$5,600.00 - $7,000.00/per week.

Excise tax 4.12% plus Hawaii accomodation tax 9.25% not included.

Daily housekeeping and Exit cleaning fees included.
Refundable Security Deposit: $1,500.00
