Hokulani, our home in KaMilo at Mauna Lani, provides a luxurious resort lifestyle with open space, outdoor living, awe-inspiring landscapes, and a true sense of community. Located within the world famous Mauna Lani Resort on the sun-drenched Kohala Coast, also known as the Gold Coast of the Big Island. The KaMilo neighborhood perpetuates old-fashioned stewardship of the land and the respect for its native culture.
Hokulani is a luxury fairway view four bedroom four and one-half bath Our home includes a one-bedroom Hale(guest house) with its own private entry off the courtyard entrance. Our home has a very Hawaiian feel and floor plan. Excitement begins as you enter Hokulani's captivating charm with the expansive courtyard leading you inside to the Grand Room with natural bamboo flooring throughout. The Grand Room, with full-width lanai doors opening to a private pool and spa, overlooks the 11th Fairway of Mauna Lani's North Course and enjoys a glimpse of the ocean.
The Mauna Lani Resort offers two first class hotels, the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and the Fairmont Orchid, two world class golf courses (the 15th hole on the South Course is one of the most photographed in the world) and an award-winning Spa. The Mauna Lani property also includes a private fishpond and turtle preserve, access to sailing and diving, a Petroglyph State Park and an unhampered beachfront between the hotels. Our home includes access to a white sand private beach club available only to owners and house guests. The renowned Fairmont Orchid is just a five minute walk and the "Shops" at Mauna Lani is a ten minute walk away. The "Shops" include a well-stocked Foodland Farms market at local prices and fine dining restaurants for nights out.
Our home is right across from KaMilo's five acre Recreation Center with an exercise fitness room, three swimming pools, including a lap pool and children's pool and a pavillion with bar and large grill.
