A covered terrace includes a games area with a full size pool table, a summer kitchen, a bar with stools, and a relaxing chill out area with two very comfortable soft leather sofas positioned to take full advantage of the breathtaking sea views, the perfect setting to enjoy memorable sunsets with a glass or two of chilled white wine. There is a cloakroom and a separate shower cubicle for use after swimming, or following a workout using the running machine, cycling machine and weight lifting equipment.
Steps lead up to the next level through double glazed doors into an open plan living area in pure white with a dramatic high ceiling, containing an ultra modern Western style kitchen, formal dining and a casual seating area. The kitchen has a central island breakfast bar with contrasting black granite work surfaces housing a dishwasher, a 6 ring hob, double door fridge/freezer, oven and a microwave, more than enough to impress the most discerning of chefs. The large size glass topped dining table has seating for up to 10 guests. To the far side a spacious bedroom suite with views of the surrounding landscape and the pool terrace. It has a large open plan en-suite bathroom with washbasin and a walk-in shower enclosure. There is also a guest washroom at this level.
A feature hardwood open tread staircase leads to a galleried landing and mezzanine containing the media area furnished with a large leather sofa and equipped with a multi channel 42 inch plasma TV with CD/DVD surround sound system. On the opposite side a separate workstation with swivel chairs for two. The views from here towards the sea are simply breath taking.
A second bedroom suite has access to the roof terrace and is equipped with a 38 inch plasma TV with a home entertainment system and a personal safe. The en-suite bathroom has a private balcony and is fitted with twin washbasins, an open rainwater shower and a large corner Jacuzzi bathtub with underwater lighting to enhance a romantic bathing experience. The third bedroom suite enjoys panoramic views on three sides and has access to the roof terrace. The en-suite bathroom has a private balcony, washbasin, Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower cubicle. The fourth bedroom suite has views from two sides and the en-suite bathroom has a washbasin, Jacuzzi bathtub with a separate shower cubicle. All four bedrooms have super king size beds, ample storage and hanging space and are tastefully furnished in calming neutrals.
The villa has a full time housekeeper and gardener / pool man who will take care of all washing, ironing, tidying, cleaning, linen and towel changes. For a small additional daily charge, the staff will prepare meals as required.
The villa is a two minute drive from the islands main ring road, just five minutes from sandy beaches and the centre of Nathon, so you will never feel cut off or isolated ………unless by choice.
