In short, it’s the perfect vacation home for couples or an extended family. Sleeping accommodations (all bedrooms have baths en suite and satellite TV’s with DVD players) include two main level master suites (king) and a third twin/king bedroom that would work for a couple or kids. The additional two bedrooms (king and queen) are located on the lower pool level. A full bath with a shower is conveniently located on the pool level as well. The sleek great-for-cooking-in air-conditioned kitchen is outfitted with Valcucine cabinets, granite counters and new high end appliances. A chic, comfortable living room-cum-office provides an optimum spot for TV (70 inches) viewing, catching up on email or just relaxing by taking in the seascape which encompasses St. Martin and Anguilla. The main level also includes a guest bath. There are lots of options for alfresco dining ranging from a picnic-style table seating 20 to a parfait pour deux bistro table.
