Exceptional new cabin in a planned vacation development near Lake Cle Elum. Centrally located between Lake Cle Elum and Roslyn. Just minutes to the lake or Golf at Suncadia Resort. Snowmobile or hike directly from the cabin on over 200 miles of groomed trails!!
This well-appointed cabin boasts 2,800 sq ft of living space including the Studio Apartment above the garage. Perfect for a large family or multiple families. The two upstairs bedrooms each have their own vanity! The Main Home features a king bed in the Master Bedroom, a queen bed in an upstairs bedroom, and two twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The kitchen is beaufitully appointed with granite countertops and tile flooring. The loft is ideal for watching TV or having fun on the new Shuffleboard Table!!
The Studio Apartment has one Queen bed, a small dining table, refridgerator, microwave and a private 3/4 bath! With the apartment the home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably with a total of 3.5 baths.
This cabin is loaded with on-site activites. There's a Ping Pong table in the garage and a sport court / pickleball court in the backyard. Off the side deck you'll find your own private 6 Person Hot Tub and a Fire Pit!! The great room features a 42" Flatscreen TV. There's also additional TVs in the Master Bedroom and Loft. You can watch lively games of pickleball while you're also taking in the scenery from the wrap around covered porch. During the summer, the main house is equiped with Air Conditioning! The loft has a fan to cool it off in there.
This cabin comes with access to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center! This new facility boasts a large outdoor Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Beach Volleyball, several BBQ Stations with Picnic Tables, Shower/Locker Room Facilities, Conference Room with free WiFi access, exercise bikes and more!! This is a great facility for summer time entertainment. Just a short walk from the cabin.
Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $7/person per day. The entrance fee is charged at the door (cash only). The Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. It is also open on the two weekends following Labor Day.
Larger groups may also rent the cabin next door, Woodvine Lodge.

The only thing I would mention is that on the website the loft is listed as having a pull out couch, but I think the couch has been replaced and is not a pull out. Great family vacation (6 grandchildren, ages 7 to 17) Marie D. from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in July, 2012 There were enough activities for all ages involved, and the larger of the 2 houses had a wonderful kitchen/dining room for all 14 of us. We were able to have togetherness when we wanted it and private time also as needed. We had rented the apartment above the garage of the larger house (Evergreen lodge) and it worked out very well. All equipment worked as needed, and the tennis/sports court was a bonus we did not know about. Great summer vacation, the weather was cooperating most of the week except for one day, cannot expect magic. Thank you to the owners and the managers, hope to come back sometimes. Annual weekend for longtime friends Lynnette R. from Omak, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2011 We were happy with the location near Roslyn. Overall the layout of the house was very good with plenty of room for people to sleep, but 5 people maximum could sit in the living room on a couch. Any more would have to sit on the floor or on a dining chair. We were quite disappointed with the lack of privacy when using the hot tub...plenty of deck views of this hot tub. A simple privacy fence could solve this. The opened cover blocked the only real mountain we watched the neighbor 3 houses over take pictures of the area instead. Bedrooms, living room,loft areas were clean. Fireplace was a nice touch. Prior guests left crusty cooking utensils in the kitchen drawers and the small bathroom had dried diarrhea all down the front of the bowl--pretty gross. We opted not to use this bathroom after the discovery. I regret that I can't in good conscience recommend someone to spend $1,000 for 3 days here. Just a few minor details... Tonja M. from Lynnwood, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2011 Obviously from the ratings above, the overall stay was great!! Only a few minor complaints. We ran out of toilet paper and couldn't find any extra anywhere and I definately think there should be more than enough available. We didn't seem to have or could find enough dish towels/washclothes to keep the kitchen clean. Some guests didn't have bath towels i guess. I think they may have ended up using their own beach towel they brought for the hot tub. DVD player in the living rm didn't work and at one point, had taken my DVD and wasn't giving it back. Kept working with it and eventually it came out but no one could ever get a DVD to play??? And i think it would be a good note to put on the checkout list that the dishwasher takes like an hour and a half to run so that you can plan to run and empy it and still be out of the house on time. Little things that we managed to get through but way more good and we'd love to come back! Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 the home is well kept and provisioned. the deck is small and there is no open access from the indoor living space to the outdoor space. the activity center is very close and has a great pool. no good opportunity to use road bikes, but lots of off road trails nearby. VERY windy and there was only one day when we might have gone to the lake. Great Location A guest from Ravensdale, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 We really enjoyed the location of the home. There were lots of sledding hills and the kids had a great time. I was very disappointed with the quality of the beds, towels, sheets, etc. The sleeper sofa could not be used at all because the mattress would fall right through (kids ended up having to sleep on the ground) and the King bed and apartment bed were about the same quality. The towels and sheets were very worn, old and poor quality. Everything in the home appeared to be 20+ years old. Another negative was that we were only allowed one can of garbage, which was impossible for a four day stay with 11 people. We ended up having to haul a bunch home. I will definitely go back to the Roslyn Ridge neighborhood again, but I won't stay at this home. I would not recommend this to others because of the poor bed quality in the upstairs bedrooms. A guest from Snohomish, WA does not recommend this property. Reunion 2010 A guest from Federal Way, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2010 We had 21 people from all over that had never been to Washington. The homes were convenient to great places to explore and were a great place to gather and share. |

we had a terrific time at Evergreen Lodge -- see notes below. John C. from Issaquah, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2010 things that are needed in unit: more washcloths, lock on back window in upstairs apt., new fooz ball table (falling apart), new ping pong balls and paddles, wheel missing on rolling desk chair in kitchen. finally, we have a small oblong bowl that probably belongs there. we can send it back to you or bring it next trip there. what would you like us to do. It is the little details that make a difference. Malinda C. from Derby, KS recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2009 The home was clean and well supplied. We enjoyed our stay very much, but when you have an extended stay at a place you start looking a little deeper. The ceiling fan was extremely diry. The place in the kitchen with cook books, maps and local information was nice but needs to be keep current. It was overflowing with old inventation and events as far back as 2002. I am not mad or upset but just trying to pass on a helpful tip. |
