Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Nice house and furnished well (nice to have a tv in every bedroom!) but it needs a little attention. Some of the mattresses have definitely seen better days. Could also use a good spring cleaning - generally ok but the carpet was stained and dirty and there were dusty cobwebs in windows, that kind of thing. The renters before us left melted pizza cheese dripped all in the oven (we had to clean before using because it smoked up the house) and the comforters, bath mats etc. had obviously not been washed recently. I'd recommend the house with a caveat on the cleanliness, but that's easy stuff to fix. Property Manager Response: Response from Atwood Vacations Joy,Thank you for your feedback. Convenient access to Jungle Rd. Quiet. Hot water heater held up when everyone came back from the beach and showered at one time. Outdoor shower was very convenient. About two blocks from the beach was nice and adjacent to access-18 made it easy to walk (about 2 minutes). Access 17 one more block had more parking spaces always open and available than I remember from previous years.. Even though I read two reviews about roaches. I seen a few palmetto bugs, and I believe this is what others saw. Nice trip will do again. |

It is situated on a large wooded lot with lots of parking. A short walk to the beach (under 5 min), it was very quiet and peaceful. Nice screened porch, back porch, and outdoor shower and fish cleaning sink. More amenities than listed in the info provided (always nice). Internet access was limited (but didn't expect any at all). I feel it was a great value for the price and would stay there again. |

The room with twin beds was great for our granddaughter who was thrilled with "her" room. The only things that need improvement were no outlets on underneath house and the large ice machine did not work. Bed springs were a little noisy and would wake sleeping baby. Enjoyed this house so much though!! Would recommend it too any family ---great to have three bathrooms! |

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 We enjoy staying in Morillo's Miracle very much. We have stayed there for several years. The beds are getting in pretty bad condition in two of the bedrooms, but we were only staying for a week so made do. We told the rental agency, so hopefully something will be done about the beds. Other than that we could not complain. The kitchen is well equiped with appliances (small and large) for whatever dish you would like to prepare. It is a leisurely walk to the beach and at night you can hear the waves hitting the shore when sitting on the front porch. |

The house was great and met all our needs, having three bathrooms is great! The only thing that we had a problem with was that the stove had really gone down since last year, the units did not want to stay connected.
