Just Trippin' is a great place for a group to stay. The house was in a wonderful location - only one block to the beach. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with appliances. Great stay!

Nice location. Although the house was a chilly 59 degrees when we walked in, it didn't take long to warm up to it. The home was clean, restful and lovingly maintained. Did notice the shower in the bath adjacent to the master suite was in need of repair, however very clean.

All of the families that went with us loved the house and were suprised on how close it was to the beach. We did not need the golf cart we brought!

We have stayed in this house for several years and it was always a very pleasant time. I hate that the new owners have decided not to allow small pets.

The house is holding up well, though the furniture is starting to age, particulary the beds. The outside grill is practically unusable. This year, I checked in late on Saturday and only had time to pick up some frozen pizzas from Piggly Wiggly. However, the oven was so filthy, that the house filled with smoke and the detectors went off. Even though, I was dead tired, I had to go out get dinner again. Not a good way to start off a vacation.

We have been staying at 1706 Lybrand for 10 years now. Absolutely love the house, and it has been well maintained. Only issue is that the grill located outside is now almost unusable.
