Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The home is lovely and I liked the arrangement of the house...the rooms etc. The house however has a strong sway and rock. There appears to be cables in place in an attempt to correct this issue but it has not worked. |

Our only suggestion is to have a couple trashbags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap available for weekend rentals. To have to go buy a big box wasn't convenient for a three night stay. |

Stayed for 3 days in April, 2011 Only suggestion I would make is a later check-out time. 10 a.m. Sunday makes for a bit of a scramble, especially if we're only staying for the weekend... Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 the pots and pans were very dirty. living room fan did not work. sinks in bathroom and kitchen did not drain. bath mats had not been washed before arrival and were dirty.kitchen pots and pans really low quality and burned almost everything we cooked in them.the living room furniture covers were dirty and needed to be cleaned!!!!!Door screen on front porch non existant. Despite all this we had a great time and loved the location of the house. When we called and complained about sinks and fan some was thereto fix them without delay. Thanks. Fantastic Family Vacation A guest from Hampton, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2010 Our KY cousins were only familiar with Myrtle Beach and the FL beaches. They had a wonderful, relaxing time. The house couldn't bave been in a better location unless it were on front beach. Never having rented a beach house before we weren't sure how the kitchen might be equipped for meal prep and serving. It was a great surprise to find everything we needed. Everyone left with plans to return again soon. A big thank you for some great memories. |

Kitchen Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2010 The kitchen, although very organized and items labeled, lacked some very important things. There was a lack of large frying pans, griddle size "pan" and what was there, some of the smaller pans were in horrible shape with non-stick coating peeling off. There were a few things that were terribly rusted - for example a cheese grater...Otherwise, it was well stocked.
