The only two feedback items are: 1)Back bedroom door to porch would not lock, and, 2)The rented linens were not labeled for convenient bed-size placement. Q,K,D,S linens should be bundled or bagged and marked accordingly. |

Stayed for 7 days in June, 2011 Neither the gas grill nor the charcoal grill were in working condition. How much would a new charcoal grill cost -- $15? Doesn't seem too much to ask. The grills weren't working when we were there in June of 2010 either. Otherwise, everything was find and the quick emergency service (for a blown electric breaker to the water heater) was great. Good location--very easy beach access. |

It does seem like the price might be upped just a tad so that they could have internet installed, possibly instead of the telephone, which almost NO one needs anymore. Just a thought. The location could not be bettr for beach access esp. when taking small children, it is just a walk across the street. The home is always just as you left it the year before so there have been no big suprises. We love this house and hope to stay there for many years to come. |

We noticed some nice upgrades and additions, including flooring, bed linens, etc. It is VERY nice that they leave a gas grill there for starters. The house is quite easy to live in, and we picked it this year over the beachfront property we had rented for the past 2 years. I have had a coversation with the owner sometime in the past several years, and I told them too.!! :) |
